Formed in late 2021, Denton, Tx Deathtronica artist, THE TONGUE OF EDEN, is the creation of members Eric Park (ex-Devourment, Wrought of Obsidian, and A Devil’s Daydream), and Ian Nizialek (YSA). The duo's mission is to craft heavy, hard-hitting, and varied extreme metal currents that flow seamlessly underneath a soundscape of cutting synth melodies, thematic orchestrations, rhythmic dance grooves, and visceral vocals.
2023 through fall 2024 saw the release of five singles from the duo that showcased multiple creative avenues, solidifying their unique sound, and the ten tracks comprising their first full-length album entitled ‘Fallow’, released Nov 2024, furthered their exploratory aural canvas. Concocting elements of Death Metal, Synthwave, Outrun, Black Metal, Darkwave, Hardstyle, Dubstep, Industrial, and more… fans of electronic music and metal alike can expect an adept blend of worlds with The Tongue of Eden's dark orchestrations.
With the release of ‘Fallow’ the band has already begun taking their act on a show cycle to promote the record through 2025 and beyond, while continuing writing for future releases.
